 In Lab 23, I made a checklist and if you compare this lab to the previous labs, you will notice a change in the layout, which is more detailed by having a title and less "plain". Basically, you can see a checklist in which you can obviously check things.

 This was possible to make using JavaScript but to be honest, there isn't much to say about this lab. I had to make the script check a box once you click on its box. The most interesting part is pressing shift while you click one box to check all boxes.

 This is an important skill for a web designer because they can make checklists for themselves and since we tend to be lazier than other people, we like doing everything with one click.

My experience in the Metropolitan Museum of Art

This experience was great! I loved everything i saw in the museum but of course, there are some stuff that could have been better. Let's start with the negatives so we can finish up with the positives. One negative aspect about the trip was the waiting time outside. It really was a pain to have to wait for around 30-40 minutes outside in the rain. It really didn't feel good but i believe the staff was doing everything as fast as they could to get every single student inside the museum. In the museum i got to talk to many representatives of different programs around New York and they gave us stuff like posts its, pens, little notebooks, pins, stickers, etc. These programs offered many activities, some of them paid and some others free, and these programs were really interesting because one of them offered game development classes, others musical classes and more. I was surprised by the variety of stuff you were able to sign up for, and all of them were really nice and friendly. ...

LAB 8 - Flash Talk Page by Jorge Carty Diaz

In the lab 8 called "Flash Talk Page" we had to do many things. Maybe it wasn't many things but it was definitely stuff that takes time to prepare and make. In this lab we made a 2 minute speech of an internet issue giving information about the topic in a simple way that everyone would understand. We had a research phase where we were supposed to collect information about the topic. Then we got into the writing phase, which was basically organizing the information we collected from our research and making it 2 minutes long. Then we entered in the recording phase which consisted on recording ourselves reading the speech we prepared in the previous phase. I decided to make the video in my house since i wanted to do it with my own equipment and i believe it turned out being pretty good.
